“My proposal is I will be focusing on the selection and the promotions of our people. I will see to it that we will institutionalize the professional human resource management office. I will also be focusing on the legal aspect and I will be helping the Sanggunian if they have inquiries,” Ignacio said.

Ignacio said he was born and raised in Mabalacat City. He also disclosed that he is a registered voter of the city from 1997 up to present.

“I am more of the technical support and I assure this honorable body that we will always be supporting your cause and of course our city being one of your biggest tax payers,” Ignacio said.

He also made an assurance that the city’s policies and directions are attuned to the national agencies and the people. “I want to be given this opportunity through this August body to be able to serve our people in Mabalacat City.”
