For a light and subtle taste, go for the Brazil Cerrado (light-bodied, earthy flavor and subtle walnut notes) and have this roasted from light to medium. For rich and smooth flavors go for Kenya AA (tangy aroma, gutsy wine-like acidity and citrus) and have this on medium roast. For dark and distinctive coffees, have the espresso roast blend and decaf (bittersweet finish), dark roast.
