LOVE and a delectable menu of food are just around the corner as the International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu’s (Icaac) training restaurant, Salle à Manger, offers its special five-course menu available for its Valentine’s dinner event which is available only until today.
Under a fixed price of either P3,200 (without wine) or P3,500 (with wine), guests will be presented a five-course dinner consisting of Foie Gras de Canard (Duck Liver) with Sisig in Caul Fat Calamansi Jelly, Filet of Chilean Sea Bass, Sea Prawns and Scallops Risotto with Edamame, Magret de Canard (French Duck Breast) Crispy Duck Confit and Mushroom Demi Sauce or Sous Vide Australian Veal Cheeks Potato and Mushroom Demi Sauce, Sorbet and Classic Opera Cake.
Guests with small appetites also have an option to order the menu items A la Carte if they feel that the whole five-course dinner is too much for them.
“We wanted to take advantage of this event to give our students more training exposure,” said Chef Jeremy Young, dean of Icaac, who also added that diners who choose the five-course Prix Fixe menu will get a chance to win a couple’s “Basic Bread Making Class” scheduled on Feb. 20.
Seats are limited. For inquiries and reservations, call (032) 412-5241 or 0949-695-3426.
