THE Leg 2 of the AFC Cup 2017 Inter-Zone Semifinals is set on Tuesday, September 12, at the Panaad Park and Stadium, the home team of Ceres Negros Football Club (FC).
The Busmen are facing its toughest pressure against visiting Istiklol FC of Tajikistan.
Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) licensed coach Maor Rozen said the home team carries lots of pressure because they are down by four goals.
“But everything is possible in football, and the home crowd will play a major role in this possible turn around,” he added.
“We see how Istiklol played a high level of football back in Tajikistan in front of their home fans. Ceres FC did have the same game during the group stage and the Asean finals. So, I believe that everything is possible for Ceres FC,” he said.
Meanwhile, looking at the Ceres FC’s accomplishments, Rozen described it as a good development for Philippine football, bringing the sport in this country to another level.
“It’s a great progress for football where it’s not the top sport in the Philippines,” he said.
Those who wish to watch and support Ceres FC on Tuesday, ticket distribution is ongoing at Ceres-Negros North Headquarters (across The District - North Point) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Maximum of two tickets per person will be given on a first come, first served basis. (HGD)
