THE Negros Press Club (NPC) annual Inter-color Bowling Friendship Tournament 2017 will be held on Saturday, June 15, at the Negros Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.
Hostilities will start at 1 p.m. after the meeting of team captains and representatives of the participating colors.
NPC president Boy Duran said the activity aims to promote camaraderie and enhance the physical well-being of its members.
The event is open to all members of the club and certified employees of different media outlets in Bacolod City who submitted their names to the tournament committee at the NPC office.
The team composition have already been drawn and finalized on Thursday.
Cash prizes, trophies, and souvenir items are up for grabs for the winners in the team and individual contests.
Tournament chairman James Henry Toga said it will be a three-game contest where the top four teams/colors with the highest points accumulated will grab the top purse at stake.
Non-winning entries will also receive cash incentives.
The individual record holders in highest pinning, highest single, and double will also receive cash prizes.
